This was our 10th house buying experience, and Todd was hands down the best Realtor we’ve used. We were in a time crunch to buy, and flying into town from Phoenix with little knowledge of the area.  We did find our home, had our offer accepted then returned back to Phoenix.  That’s when he started going above and beyond.  Numerous times he had to be our eyes at the house we were buying; dealt on our behalf with the builder, sent pictures and dimensions verifying room sizes and minor details, arranged for inspections and the builder walkthroughs, and found contractors for work to begin right after the our remote closing. He made so many trips to our property we started to feel a little guilty.   (Well my wife felt guilty, I liked making him sweat.😄) He was so responsive, great follow through and communication - we were able to pull this off as needed. Very knowledgeable about the area and as an appraiser, understands the ever changing market.
