Todd was extremely helpful and patient working with my wife and I to locate a property for us in Raleigh. We searched for a very long time, (a couple years), to find a house that had some very specific features that we needed in the area of Raleigh where we wanted to live. Contemplating a move from Florida to the Raleigh/ Wake Forest area back in 2023, we were introduced to Todd when we started our home search. He showed us multiple homes without a Realtor contract (before the new law) and there wasn’t any pressure to sign one before he started showing us homes either. This impressed us right away and the time he initially spent with us exceeded our expectations as well. Ultimately we put our search on hold, however Todd still stayed in touch with us knowing we may not move to the area. Fast forward to 2025, we sold our home in FL and decided to relocate to Charlotte, NC, but ultimately realized that Wake Forest was better suited for our lifestyle, therefore reached back out to Todd again. Without hesitation, he picked up right where we left off in 2023 and after a few months of driving back in forth from Charlotte with extended stays in the area, and over 20 showings, Todd ultimately found our dream home in Wake Forest. Additionally, throughout the transition, Todd went above and beyond to always check on our new home and even watered the plants, etc. All of this stated, we highly recommend Todd in every aspect of selling or purchasing a new home. He is very well versed in the market, appraisals, and pays very close attention to detail(s). More importantly, he really listens and gets to know your needs, likes, and dislikes as a buyer. Not only did we find Todd to be an exceptional realtor, we have developed a friendship as well.
