We are very pleased with the service, advice and guidance Todd provided in the sale of our home and purchase of a new home! Todd was attentive to every question, provided excellent advice on prepping the home for market, and was flexible to meet our needs. The house sold in two short weeks and we couldn’t be happier with our new place. We can recommend Todd Hofer Real Estate without any reservations!

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Todd Hofer! From the very first time we met him through closing day—and even afterward—he was there for us every step of the way. He was always incredibly communicative, quick to answer our questions, and made sure we understood every part of the home-buying process. What we appreciated most was that Todd never once pressured us into buying a house. He genuinely wanted us to find the right home, no matter how long it took. Thanks to his patience, knowledge, and guidance, we found the perfect home in Cary, NC, and we absolutely love it. Todd truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and it’s clear that he cares about much more than just closing a deal. We couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We’re so grateful for everything he did for us, and we’re happy to say that he’s no longer just our realtor—he’s become a friend.

Todd helped us sell our home and find a new one! What could have been a stressful experience was wonderful because Todd approaches his very important mission with warmth and professionalism. He is proactive, thoroughly experienced, and shares his clients' desire to find the perfect home for them. If the time comes to relocate again, Todd will be our first call.

Todd did an outstanding job with all three real estate transactions that I’ve had him as my agent. He is knowledgeable of the local market, and his communication is spot on, quick and responsive. He was patient, kind, understanding, all the while, sharing his expertise within all real estate transactions of mine. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home or buy a home! Todd was wonderful to work with!

Todd was extremely helpful and patient working with my wife and I to locate a property for us in Raleigh. We searched for a very long time, (a couple years), to find a house that had some very specific features that we needed in the area of Raleigh where we wanted to live. Todd took the time to learn our preferences and stuck with us until we finally found what we needed. He was very responsive and easy to work with. He loves being a realtor and it shows! Definitely recommend.

Contemplating a move from Florida to the Raleigh/ Wake Forest area back in 2023, we were introduced to Todd when we started our home search. He showed us multiple homes without a Realtor contract (before the new law) and there wasn’t any pressure to sign one before he started showing us homes either. This impressed us right away and the time he initially spent with us exceeded our expectations as well. Ultimately we put our search on hold, however Todd still stayed in touch with us knowing we may not move to the area. Fast forward to 2025, we sold our home in FL and decided to relocate to Charlotte, NC, but ultimately realized that Wake Forest was better suited for our lifestyle, therefore reached back out to Todd again. Without hesitation, he picked up right where we left off in 2023 and after a few months of driving back in forth from Charlotte with extended stays in the area, and over 20 showings, Todd ultimately found our dream home in Wake Forest. Additionally, throughout the transition, Todd went above and beyond to always check on our new home and even watered the plants, etc. All of this stated, we highly recommend Todd in every aspect of selling or purchasing a new home. He is very well versed in the market, appraisals, and pays very close attention to detail(s). More importantly, he really listens and gets to know your needs, likes, and dislikes as a buyer. Not only did we find Todd to be an exceptional realtor, we have developed a friendship as well.

We bought our first home with Todd in 2020. We just sold this home same home with him! He made the process seamless while we were out of state (already relocated), and took care of much more than your standard realtor would. Don’t think twice about calling him, just call - he will go above and beyond!

Working with Todd was an absolute pleasure through every stage of the home buying process. He recently helped us sell our home, which went under contract in one day, while at the same time helping us find our forever home. One of our favorite things about Todd is how well he guides you through the buying and selling process. There is never any rush or pressure from him, and he gives you all the information you could need to make the best decision for you. He helped us weigh all options, and at the end of the day made sure we were getting what we wanted from a home. I highly recommend Todd for your real estate needs!

Todd Hofer is a wonderful realtor! He is personable, knowledgeable, and patient. As a first time homebuyer, I had so many questions about the home buying process; and Todd answered each one. He also chose to make himself available for any listing I desired to see (he even made a personal visit to one property to check on cosmetic details on my behalf so I didn’t have to make a personal trip over the Christmas holidays). Todd is excellent at what he does and he exceeded my expectations. I promise you won’t be disappointed with him as your realtor!
